Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead #health
Juicing vegetable and fruit has been the majority of my meals for about 10 days. Cool stuff has happened. Stomach feels great. Mind is clear and agile. I feel clean and bouncy. I probably have lost about 8lbs (but that’s note the reason I did this…)
Go get a juicer. Then go to the produce section. Have at it. Free yourself from processed yuck that’s built up in your body. You might get headaches and spend some extra time in the rest room, at first, because your body will start to detox and clean up the mess you’ve made on a cellular level.
